Right At Home Realty was named for the way North Carolina felt when it became home for our family. We want every client to feel exactly that.

Alvaro has served the same police department for more than 20 years. Nancy Brogdon, our first agent to join the team, currently serves as Police Executive in law enforcement. Sally keeps every transaction organized down to the last signature.

I'm originally from the Bronx, New York City, and I've proudly called North Carolina home for more than 20 years. I'm married to my wonderful wife, Sally Jaimes, and together we are blessed with three amazing children.

Family is one of the most important parts of my life, and that same sense of care and responsibility guides the way I serve my clients. For more than two decades, I have had the privilege of serving my community in law enforcement.

Whether I'm in uniform or working as a REALTOR®, my goal is always the same: to serve others with integrity, respect, communication, and exceptional customer service. When Sally and I started Right At Home Realty, the name came from how we felt when we made North Carolina our home.

We wanted our clients to experience that same sense of comfort and belonging. We also believe strongly in teamwork - our agents work together as one team with one common goal: helping families find the home that is right for them.

I'm Sally Jaimes, a licensed REALTOR® in North Carolina and South Carolina, and I'm proud to work alongside my husband, Alvaro, as part of our Right At Home Realty Team.

I also serve as a Transaction Coordinator and bring more than 20 years of experience handling contracts and detailed documentation for corporations and local REALTORS®. That experience has given me a strong eye for detail, organization, and keeping every transaction moving smoothly from beginning to end.

I'm originally from Chicago, but right after college, I moved to North Carolina to pursue my dream of becoming a police officer. Twenty-two years later, I continue my career in law enforcement, and I can honestly say I still love serving my community and helping others.

Now, I'm excited to add a new chapter to my journey as a real estate broker. I'm bringing that same passion for service, dedication, and commitment to helping people into my real estate career.

Outside of work, I'm a wife to an amazing husband, a mom to four incredible kids, and we have four Huskies who keep us very busy!
